They end up at the “Pepto Bysmol” colored home of Queen Latifah and her 2 sisters (One is played by Alicia Keys)…and the movie magic begins!

Sorry i have not blog’d in like a month or so. Been hella busy building a brand new sight to showcase what i do away from crackin the mic on oldskool and rhythm, i also annoy people with voice overs YEAH !
So have finally made the switch to a server for more room and ways to make a swwweettt new sight ( course i suck at making them ) so at least now i have my temp new one up so feel free to drop by and check it out in the mean time as my new one being constructed by a pro is working on some concepts, Then i should have a GRROOVVVYY Cool new sight !

From the Director of Communications/Webmassa’s desk… Holy @#$% Batman (no I haven’t seen it yet), are we busy! Things are looking very good for some of the latest projects we’re working on here at A7BN.
Rock100DIZ.com is working on some things with Seven Mary Three and their upcoming show here in Central Florida, as well as getting ready to start a huge new Rock nite at Universal Skating Center (after party at the Cork Room); Rhythm96.com is steadily sounding better than ever and breaking out some hot new artists; Oldskool, well you should be hearing some pretty hard-hitting interviews coming up very soon, with some well-known artists from back in the day.
Another productive trip to Miami under our belts (thank God for GPS!). Also, talking with a fairly large marketing company about putting together a new “Dream Team” for the A7BN stations (this one is kinda top secret so I’ll tell you guys more when it starts coming together).
And that’s about all I can reveal at this time. So, there ya have it, ink from the Webmassa… NOW GET BACK TO WORK!
I was thinking… why are we still called DJs? Seriously, have any of us spun a disc (record) in the last decade? Doubt it!

This is a fun time to be in Upstate New York, lots of festivals are happening, parades and just good ole get togethers. This weekend there is a 4 day festival with non-stop music, all kinds of great tasting food which means I need to hit the German Food Stand while they are in town, mmmmmm!!! Plus there are vendors, a car show all sorts of things happening! Also the Farmer’s Markets are in full swing with great stuff like fresh strawberries, peas, corn and lots of homemade breads and pies! The weather has been good to with plenty of sunshine, in fact my grill has been busy! I’m making cheese burgers tonight for the family. And another part of summer is all the music sounds even better doesn’t it? You crank it up a little more and you roll the windows down too! Summer rocks that’s all there is too it!
I couldn’t be happier about being a part of the Rhythm96.com family. Cap’n and I go waaaaaay back, like mid 80’s, Capn’s got afro- Butchie’s wearing Sally Jesse Raphael glasses- Bobby Brown hadn’t been to jail yet- Dr. Ant could still see his feet- New Kids were cool BACK.
We shared a mentor in the sorely missed Doc Middleton, but the Capn’ learned most of what he knows from me… I know that ranks me as a borderline failure, but I’ve been dealing with it thru cheap online therapy and Cheetohs.

Well last night curiosity got the better of me and I actually tuned into America’s Got Talent. Overall there were some interesting talents and of course some extremely bad ones. I mean talk about wanting your 15 mintues of fame…most of them should have stayed home to keep from embarassing themselves. But a few did stand out, the brother/sister dance duo was exceptional! There was the gentleman who did his Frank Sinatra phenominally well, Jessica Price with her sad story of her dad leaving her family really knocked everyone dead with her Bonnie Raitt cover of “I Can’t Make You Love Me” and the best of the night though was little 9 year old David Militello. He has autism and started singing before he ever talked, he was a cutie and nailed the Jackson 5’s “Ben” and made his was to Las Vegas, it was an inspirational story to wrap up the show. So for all the horrible auditions, there were some shining moments too! AS for me I’ll stick to what I do best, talk on the radio and enjoy life. Can’t wait for the UFC fight night this Saturday….my wife and I will be glued to the match especially between Forrest Griffin and Rampage Jackson!!
